As someone with oily skin and dark circles, this eye cream causes a noticeable improvement under my eyes. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave my skin feeling super moist. The container is small but you only need to use a tiny tiny amount in order to get the full effect. I love the weight of this product. It obviously moisturizes, but is not greasy at all. It soaks in right away so I believe you could use it before applying eye makeup, though I only have experience putting it on before going to bed. I noticed a lift in my eyelids right away and the affect lasts. It feels different in the jar. It's hard to scoop up the right amount on your finger because of the consistency. (It reminds me a little bit of my grandmother's tapioca.) It is well worth that little struggle. I don't know that I'll be buying my regular eye cream ever again.
