This little device really works well just like has been around forever! I don't know why I didn't have one before now. I love that the paddle pieces can rotate so that it stays comfortable! I also like that it came with the other stretch exercise band, although I was a littler worried that it would be a cheap piece of junk it is made of a thicker rubber which I'm sure will break down over time but I see it lasting quite a while. I would recommend to anyone wanting to work their thighs or pelvic floor muscles, which means every mama that struggles with leakage issues! Hope you find this helpful!

Working out your pelvis is much harder than I imagined. The material is REALLY good and doesn't require more than 5 minutes to put together. I personally felt a bit ridiculous using it the first time. So I tried using it in a number of different positions until I found the one that worked best for me. This is a really great product. Don't be afraid to explore using it in different positions until you find what works best for you!

This is simply easy to use. It works great as long as you use it and use it constantly. It's comfortable with a good amount of resistance. Has a significant impact on my daily workout routine. This is a good choice of workout equipment.

I love the arm workout this offers, along with thighs. Pleasantly impressed with this (I grew up seeing these on commercials and wasn't expecting much!). Easy to put together and doesn't take up much space. Would be great to travel with, since you can use it and the band it comes with to work lots of areas. It's comfortable to use as well.
