I am a 25' waist woman, ordered xs, fits around my waist above my hip (if you want it to sit lower, order a size up). I can barely feel it while I ran with my plus size phone in the belt. Ordered another one for my husband, he loves it too.

Bought this to get away from the armband and it works well. My phone stays in place and is easily accessible, and if I needed to carry wallet or keys there is plenty of room. The belt doesn't bounce or slide down or up, but with just my phone in the belt it seems to rotate forward until the phone is in front, which isn't a big deal. Only advantage the armband has over this is being able to see your screen, but with bluetooth headphones you can hear your mileage and music perfectly. Definitely a good alternative if you don't like the tight armband bouncing along on your arm.

For those going anywhere between 3 and 7 miles this is the belt for you. Stores your phone, tissues, lip balm, keys, etc... without a problem. Fits perfect around the waist without any tightness or discomfort. For those running longer distances you may opt for a belt that holds a water bottle.

Need something to put my phone it while I run. I used to use arm straps but I hated it untill I saw a friend using this. My waist is 25', xs fits perfect sits on my waist comfortablely. I have a plus sized phone with thick case, fits no problem.

Holds my phone and keys for my runs and never once have I felt like either was in danger of falling out. Probably put 50 or 60 miles in wearing this belt and washed it several times, and it still looks brand-new.

This flip belt is amazing. Like a lot of others I was looking for a forearm strap or a wrist strap or SOMETHING for running. Turns out this thing is so much better. You can put your phone, keys, energy bar, glucose pills, wallet sized picture of your dog, or whatever, in the many pouches. I realized it is also great for just going out, like to a concert or dinner, you can have everything discreetly hidden on your person under your clothes. The fabric top quality and it's very stretchy. I have a 33 inch waist and I ordered a Medium. It was a little tight at first so my flab rolls were hanging over the top of the belt, but since I started running more I've lost weight and it fits better and better. Really love this invention!

I’ve been trying to find a solution to running with my phone since I began this hobby three years ago. I’ve held it awkwardly and also had it bounce around in zipper pockets. I’ve thought of replacing all my pants but this belt was the perfect fix. An xs fits perfectly for waist or hip wearing. I weight 130 pounds and usually wear a size 2 pants.

This is as useful piece of equipment for anyone needing to carry stuff with them while out running. Phone, gel packs, keys, ear bud case all go in there. Generally secure but some slippery items (like my air pod case) can slide out so best to use the clip for those things. I wear it on nearly every run.

This running belt stays on comfortably and keeps my belongings secure. I feel free to move!

Very happy with it. This is my second one. First one lasted several years of almost daily use before stretching out. Holds everything I need and is very comfortable to wear.
