It’s hard to tell just how much heat protection this offers, because I don’t have a microscope. But, it certainly smells good and makes my hair feel sleek when wet and dry. It also seems to reduce fly-aways and increase softness and shine. I mainly bought the to protect my hair from straightening and curling heat.
